Set in the heart of Rouen, the first French city to be designated a “Gastronomic City” by UNESCO, this three-week program, from June 9 to 27, combines an introduction to French, discovery in English of French gastronomy and the hotel and catering industries. You will learn about the techniques used by top chefs and meet producers and gastronomy professionals.
The French+Gastronomy programme is open to international students (university, university of applied sciences, vocational education and training) aged 18 or over. French is not required. The programme offers a unique opportunity for discussion and reflection on gastronomy and can help to bring a study project to fruition.
