During the “Multilingualism: the example of mice” workshop, I will suggest that participants relive with me a lesson that I was a part of a few years ago with my students where all that was needed was one single question on the etymology of a word so that, spontaneously, all the languages of the class and of the planet invite themselves and guide us towards a collective stimulating and spontaneous reflection on multilingualism.
